Kevin LaDelfa brings precision, leadership, and a strong work ethic to his role as Project Manager at PrimeCo. After spending the past six years serving as a Nuclear Reactor Operator aboard a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, Kevin is excited to apply the discipline and focus he developed in the military to the fast-paced world of construction. Based in Orange County and Los Angeles, he’s passionate about delivering high-quality results and making a meaningful, positive impact on the communities he serves.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time in nature, camping, grilling, and working on woodworking projects. He and his wife are thrilled to be expecting their first child later this year!
