With years of experience, he brings a practical, results-driven approach to every project. Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time outdoors camping in the desert, building off-road trucks, and painting cars. He loves spending quality time with his wife and is excited to be expecting their first child. His broad skill set and love for problem-solving make him a valuable member of the team.

Leah Schulz
Leah Schulz is an experienced Business Development Manager in Orange County, specializing in driving growth and building lasting client relationships. With a strategic approach to identifying opportunities, Leah tailors solutions to meet client needs while enhancing business performance. Her expertise in market dynamics, project management, and communication makes her a key asset in fostering long-term partnerships and achieving continued success. Outside of work, Leah is passionate about staying active, engaging in community activities, working out, practicing yoga, and soaking up the sun outdoors.

With over 12 years of experience in the painting industry, Andy Lopez-Perez has worked his way up from a paint prep worker to his current role as Project Surveyor at PrimeCo. His hands-on expertise and leadership skills ensure that every project runs smoothly and efficiently. Andy’s dedication to precision and quality has made him a valuable asset to the team. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, fishing with his kids, jet skiing, and playing soccer with friends.

Butch Tarvin
With more than 30 years of experience in new construction and Homeowners Association reconstruction, Butch has advanced from his early days as a laborer to a seasoned estimator. His deep hands-on knowledge of project management and cost analysis allows him to deliver exceptional value at every stage of a project, ensuring that each one meets the highest standards. Butch's passion for construction, combined with his commitment to teamwork and collaboration, has been the key to his successful career. Outside of work, Butch enjoys spending time with his kids and grandkids, camping with his wife, and enjoying dirt biking adventures.

Account & HR Manager
Gabriela Avila
With 20 years of experience in accounting and human resources across diverse industries, Gaby has honed a strong ability to identify inefficiencies, implement cost-saving measures, and improve processes. Since joining PrimeCo, she has successfully managed both the accounting and HR departments, streamlining operations to drive greater efficiency. Outside of work, Gaby is passionate about wellness, teaching fitness classes, and exploring new places with her husband.

Tiffany Perry
With over 15 years of hands-on experience in accounting, office administration, and HR, Tiffany has worked across a variety of industries, including a private school, a Google-backed tech startup, a medical practice, and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. She thrives on embracing new technologies and streamlining processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Whether managing finances, overseeing office workflows, or handling HR tasks, Tiffany brings adaptability and dedication to every role. Outside of the office, Tiffany is a proud baseball mom, spending her time in the dugout or stands, and enjoys exploring the great outdoors and sharing adventures with her boys.

Ryan Humbach
With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Ryan has developed a well-rounded skill set that spans both fieldwork and project management. Specializing in construction project estimating, he combines in-depth knowledge of construction practices with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring projects are assessed accurately and executed on time and within budget. His hands-on experience in the field gives him a unique understanding of the complexities of construction processes, while his project management expertise ensures smooth communication and efficiency between teams, clients, and stakeholders. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hitting the open road, often riding Harleys with his wife and friends. He treasures spending quality time with his three daughters and creating lasting memories with family and friends. Ryan’s commitment to both his professional and personal life reflects his dedication to hard work, building strong relationships, and maintaining a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle.

Superintendent | Orange County & Los Angeles
Jose Garza
With over 28 years of experience in the construction industry, Jose Garza serves as a Superintendent overseeing projects across Orange and Los Angeles Counties. Known for his strong leadership and hands-on approach, Jose plays a pivotal role in ensuring each project runs efficiently and successfully from start to finish. His extensive expertise in construction, combined with his ability to lead teams and manage complex projects, has been instrumental in PrimeCo's ongoing success. Outside of work, Jose enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including UTV off-roading and camping.

Superintendent | San Diego County
Jorge Torres
Jorge Torres is the Superintendent at Primeco in San Diego, where he began his career in 2013 as a painter. Over the years, Jorge has grown into his role through hard work, always staying positive and focused on finding solutions to any challenge. He’s known for working well with others and is always eager to learn new things. With a strong background in construction, Jorge ensures projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, fixing up classic cars, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
