The Controller position is multifaceted and influential in informing and guiding management in company performance. Outside Sales Executive – Southern California

We are a different kind of company committed to building long-term relationships with our customers and developing our team members to be as successful as they can be. PrimeCo specializes in reconstruction and painting projects in the HOA/commercial market. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill our outside sales role in the Greater Orange County area.
As an outside sales representative with PrimeCo, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your relationship building skills by calling on previous clients, You will also focus on building your pipeline by offering specialized solutions to new customers who are property managers, attorneys, commercial property owners and general contractors.
With this role, your office is your car, which will be provided for you in addition to a laptop, iPhone, iPad and gas card. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on face to face interaction as 75% of your time will be calling on clients, attending job walks, board meetings and tradeshows. The other 25% will be working out of your home or in our newly redesigned office within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean entering new leads, reviewing proposals and strategizing on new business prospects.
What Can You Expect?
Does the idea of unlimited potential excite you? With PrimeCo, you will receive an ample base salary your first year with additional commission on any closed deals. After your first 12-months you will receive a smaller salary with no cap to commission. Our sales members routinely earn $70-$100k in the first year and more than $100k+ in the years that follow.

To continue PrimeCo’s amazing growth (30% + over the last two years) means we require more hungry business development professionals, more closers. Related experience in commercial painting, construction or design experience is preferred but not required.
